Terms & Conditions – Photo Booth Rentals

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by GlamCam Photo Booth Rentals (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our photo booth rental services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.

​

1. Booking & Payment

  • A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due before or on the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • No payment = no setup. Simple math.

​

2. Event Details

Client agrees to provide accurate event details including:

  • Event date, time, and location

  • Venue access instructions

  • Power availability

Changes must be communicated at least 72 hours prior to the event. Last-minute changes may result in additional fees.

 

3. Setup & Operation

  • We require 60–90 minutes for setup and breakdown (timeline dependent on package).

  • Client must ensure a safe, accessible setup area.

  • GlamCam reserves the right to stop service if conditions are unsafe or hostile (we’re glam, not reckless).

4. Use of Photos & Media

  • All photos and media captured are the property of GlamCam Photo Booth Rentals.

  • Client and guests receive personal usage rights.

  • We may use photos for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to the event.

5. Client Responsibilities

Client is responsible for:

  • Guest behavior

  • Damage caused by guests

  • Venue compliance

 

Any damage to equipment caused by negligence or misuse will be billed to the client.

​

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Retainers are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is allowed based on availability with at least 7 days’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be charged the full balance.

7. Technical Issues

While we plan for excellence:

  • GlamCam is not liable for delays or failures caused by power outages, internet issues, venue restrictions, or acts of God.

  • If equipment failure occurs due to our fault, liability is limited to a partial or full refund of the service fee — no additional damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

GlamCam Photo Booth Rentals is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Guest injuries unrelated to our equipment

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control including weather, natural disasters, government orders, or emergencies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

​

11. Photo & Media Opt-Out Notice

By default, GlamCam Photo Booth Rentals may use event photos and media for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Clients who wish to opt out of media usage must submit a written request prior to the event date. Upon request, all captured media will be delivered exclusively to the client and will not be used for promotional purposes.
